- Hotel is on the main road and can be located easily - rooms are very spacious, includes sitting area - rooms & washroom are clean. - staff is extremely co operative and gentle - hotel has a scope of further expansion of proper restaurant and the dinning area is huge. - overall decent experience.

I regret my decision to stay at this hotel. No hot water was available. No room service. Pathetic response time. Windows had no bolts. You can find insects roaming inside the hotel rooms. Delayed breakfast after several reminders. The hotel has a big restaurant area, but they do not serve food, lunch, and dinner. Even a complementary breakfast was served with a delay without proper menu (misal was served without paav (bread). No bills of food items (tea / coffee) were given even after I paid for it in total.

I had booked this hotel as it was close to the university and the main market . Was also on the exit route of Dapoli. We booked the room thru’ MMT. We stayed here in April 2022. The room was big but there was zero maintenance – the sofa at the reception was torn, lobby had not been swept and cleaned. Restaurant was non functional, toilet when flushed released a very weird foul odour. Cupboard doors were not opening. There were cockroaches in the room. Tea coffee was kept but no stirrer. Hospitality is all about attention to detail and cust experience. The hotel staff was excellent in their behaviour - however with these facilities not in place i would say management is least bothered.

On our 🚲 trip from Mumbai to Goa, we stopped at Kohinoor Highway hotel. We absolutely recommend this hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
