We stayed 8-9 nights, homemade food, staffs are very polite and they take extra steps to help the guests, considerable & flexible, worth for the pay!         Nice apartment - Very calm atmosphere. Love it. In a flat, three rooms will be there and a common hall & kitchen available. Best for a family who needs three rooms together it will be a home experience. Breakfast is good and has limited menu.

        I am staying here for the 2nd time, and I can honestly say it has been a most pleasurable experience. It starts with the extremely polite and helpful Manager ,Mr Tamilarasan, who went out of his way to make my stay happy and secure. He is very duty conscious and pleasant always, however busy the Reception. I have stayed in many hotels, but the cleanliness here is fantastic. I can vouch for this . Secondly the food served here is superb . Reminds you of a star hotel. The staff, right from the girls in Reception to the Room Boys were consistently polite and pleasant.         Perfect stay in many ways. Service was courteous, aligned with our needs and prompt mostly. That said, they could create a better experience by installing better quality material - e.g. taps, pillows, et al. No complaints; just an area of improvement. Secondly, we felt guilty having to wake up their guard sleeping at the door when we did late nights, to be let in. Maybe a self service entry feature at the outer gate will help, therefore. Third, an easy booking/ booking modification facility at the reception could help, since changes could be required by customers while checked in. All said, a good experience

        Very Friendly staff. Helpful in many ways. Prime location in Adyar, a vibrant suburb. Well connected. Good shopping and eateries around. Some good Coffee table books around to laze around with . Got me connected with Matthew cabs for a railway drop very early morn.. Punctual driver. Looks like people prefer this for long duration stays 3- 4 weeks . NRI patrons .
