Extremely good stay for our 2 families of 7 and 5 people. We all got large rooms each with a captivating view of their own. The food was exactly to our liking and there is running hot water at all times. There is a big confectionery store nearby for all other personal needs. The owner personally makes sure of our comfort at all times and also arranged for taxis everyday. Nigeen lake nearby has house boats aswell as a big park. Oneof my favourite things was the timely laundry service also available via the Owner.

It is located in a very cool and calm area. The surrounding is scenic. It has view of lush green mountains and Nigeen lake at foot steps. The owner of the guest house is very humble and generous. You will feel here like a home away from the home. Rooms are very clean and maintained. The hospitality of the owner made my stay memorable.

This Guest House around Nigeen Lake has rooms that are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay there again. Very good experience and value for money, much nicer than hotels I have stayed at around Dal Lake.

Very good Hospitality and fresh, tasty food served. Cook deserves special mention as I felt after every meal a sense of home prepared food which is prepared with lots of love and care. View of Nigeen lake from room window is breathtaking and whole of East covered by mountains gives a great edge. In the morning when Sun was rising behind the mountains, it was simply breathtaking. I am sure it will remain etched in memory for me for ever. The evening view is remarkable with well illuminated Nigeen Club very pretty. The staff and other services are excellent and I strongly recommend this beautiful place to visitors.

We spent a week at Kolhai Guest House and loved being on the banks of Nigeen Lake with a wonderful Mountain view. Wonderful hosts helped with everything we needed. Large clean room, nice breakfasts, good hearty dinners and a happy vibe. And very fairly priced for Srinagar. 24*7 services available. Cold and Hot water round the clock. Wi-Fi facility available 24*7. Free car parking in the Guest House.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
