        Very good location - directly on the first line, delicious and varied food, complete luxury. The view from the terrace is fantastic. I was here last time in October 2022 with friends, and we are very happy with our stay. Including there was non-spicy food for one of the guests specially.

        The stay was good, the rooms give a very royal feel, we went in winters so the rooms were well heated. The food that is cooked for the guests tastes amazing. Shabir bhaiya is an amazing host, he talks nicely and makes you feel at home. The view from the house boat is also pleasing. It's a very nice and different experience to stay in a house boat, definitely enjoyed it.

        I booked the top most luxurious room with Kolu Group and my decision was correct. I was not disappointed. However, here are my detailed rating on various points - 1. Rooms- 5/5 - Totally liked it. 2. Food - 1/5 - average. 3. Service - 3/5 Average. 4. Location 2/5 Average Important - Avoid tipping to people around.

        Amazing Stay. Had a enjoyment of a life time. The hotel's staff are very well behaved and disciplined. The rooms are luxurious and very warm and cosy. The food is also good. Thank you Kashmir for the superb hospitality.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
