Two days ago I stayed there for two days. I would say that rooms are near & clean, service provided by the staff was excellent and the location is the best in Diu. Now I come to food which was delicious. Roof top restaurant is very good. Mr Sanjay,I think he is restaurant manager, is a very humble & responsive person. Only because of Mr Sanjay I took dinner on both days of my stay there.His behaviour towards guests is excellent. I observed that he takes care of every guest who was present in the restaurant for dinner. I feel pride to be the guest of this resort. I would recommend every person to be the guest of this resort.

Right across the beach. Rooms have pool view and patio. Good amenities for play and kids. The breakfast was average. Not even a good spread. The dinner restaurant is on top and has the sea view but can hardly see the sea at night. No seperate area/section for smoking. So not a great for non smokers and kids if the wind is blowing in your direction

Not a very pleasant experience. As soon as we opened the room door we were greeted with mini cockroaches moving around. So cleanliness is absolutely essential. Other than that room was quite ok. The person at the front desk hardly knew anything about the places to see. The Caves and church that he suggested were closed permanently. They need to be updated with the latest to inform tourists accurately. Food was a let down for us. Curds, bread, jam were all open and not covered at all. It is a good location but management needs to improve on the cleanliness and better experience for food. Wishing them the best!

Nice & fantastic ambiance. Very good people and staff. Excellent food. Would definitely recommend. Hospitality at its peak. Cleanliness maintained. We all couples enjoyed. Location is very good. Thanks. I forgot my Clothes & call them they return ma clothes. Staff is very helpful & honest. Try this hotel best location & food. Thankyoy👍

We had a destination wedding at the resort and everything was top notch. Staff, service and amenities was 10/10. General Manager, Mr. D’Sousa was the best person for all our queries and he is very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
