We went for a business trip to Kovalam, and our office people selected this hotel to stay, i would say this was one of the wise decisions, which is economical and also worth staying, some of the highlights of this hotel are 1. The hotel is located very near to the beach, u can rush to the beach within 5 mins from the hotel. 2. Rooms are well maintained, and the rooms are very spatial and maintenance was very good 3. 24 hours there was no problem getting hot water. 4. Food was served on the terrace, which was prepared there only, where I can feel like home made food, and the taste was also really great. 5. The most attractive point for me was, u can see the daily guest "Peacock," if you are a birds lover u definitely love these moments, minimum 5 to 6 peacock which they feed daily will come and have food for 5 to 10 mins, and they will fly back, this moment is really adorable. 6. The overall staying experience was really great. I would definitely recommend this hotel if u r planning to visit this place.

Horrible experience. No water to bath. No lunch or dinner available. Will have to lift water yourself two floors if interested in taking bath. No tissue rolls in washroom. No kettle in room. No balcony. No beach view. On checking out will have to carry your luggage uphill yourself. Only two persons in whole hotel to do the room services, to handle the reception and all. So please don't see online and do your booking in this hotel. Because the real experience is worse than any one can imagine.

This is old property. Not properly maintain, rooms are clean but getting worst smell from bathroom and blankets 😔 rooms size is too good. Not recommended this hotel.

Worst experience and here's why: 1. The hotel is very shady. No proper lights, lools like no one has even entered that hotel in years. 2. Scam in terms of rooms. We had booked a premium sea facing room. However when we actually saw the room, the hotel did not have a single sea facing room. The room according to them which was sea facing was allocated to some other customers, although we had made the reservations 2 months before. 3. The hotel manager was rude and arrogant. His attitude was like he was a managing a seven star hotel while the actual hotel was not less than a lodge. 4. We were forced to look for other hotel. Not recommended at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
