I was on my family vacation for Western coastal tour. Had 2 nights stay at RosaKuber. Rooms were clean. All amenities were upto the mark. The view for Mandovi bay during sunset was amazing from common balcony. The breakfast was decent. Staff is welcoming and agile in response. The location is good, if you are travelling with your car or bike. The only area which can be improved is response time of back up teams, which could not update satellite pack for more than 24 hrs and which made my kid disheartened for loosing couple of her fact shows by late night. Overall good experience.

Mr.Ravendra Dinkar and staff thanks for your hospitality. Ravendra is coolest property manager i have ever seen! 😄 Good service! Breakfast is good too! Clean and nice view rooms ! Suggestion- please provide Parking inside the property.

We're so happy to have stumbled upon Rosa Kuber during our hunt to find a stay in Goa! It has been one of the best experiences ever. Everything was perfect. The service, the food, the rooms were unbelievable. We took 2 rooms, 2 people in each room. They were in great condition. We also had a common area, with a balcony that opens up to the breathtaking view of Mandovi river. Everything about the stay was amazing. The staff were exceptional. They helped us a lot! They're so well behaved and their hospitality needs to be appreciated. We forgot some of our clothes in our rooms and returned back to Kerala. They were kind enough to courier it to us! That should explain their services. The bedrooms were huge and well equipped with all necessary things. The bathroom was truly beautiful! Super spacious and has everything you need. The balcony is vast and has a seating area as well. The property even has a small pool in front. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Nothing too extravagant, but adequate and super tasty. We literally have no complaints. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone travelling to Goa! ❤️

I'd like to clarify that this is not technically a hotel per se incase readers are confused. It's a serviced apartment in a residential area away from popular places.Since Goa is conveniently sized and we drove a rental, it wasn't a problem. I was given a room which was a little smaller than the one they have shown but the room itself was good enough for the 2 of us(it's a 3bhk flat with a common room and balcony). We arrived later in the day and that day the service was rather slow and the room wasn't prepared for our arrival in accordance with the booking for 2 guests (e.g. 1 unit of let's say toothbrush, bath towel,etc instead of 2)plus there were some insects on our bed too. Got that sorted though. The bathroom was nice and clean with hot water. I didn't like the food situation though. No menu card in the rooms(room service was there). On our arrival day, there were hardly 2-3 items to order. The staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is there I guess. Didn't use it. Didn't look all that much anyway. Overall, I guess you could stay here as it has a nice view from the balcony (I had opened my curtains at night after lights off and woke up to a spectacular river view with the sea at a distance), friendly staff and good looking rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
