        !!!! FRAUD !!!! SCAM !!!!! Don't book this hotel from any online booking services. While checking in they said that they are not supporting any online booking and there are no rooms left. They are doing this scam from last 3 months. I can see several similar negetive reviews by poor customers. my booking app (agoda) customer line did reach out to the hotel post raising this concern and then they are saying they had some payment issue, hence they told me that they cannot accept the booking, which is a clear LIE... once i showed them the booking they dint even care to look to my mobile screen. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kodaikanal. Please confirm your booking by calling the hotel post your reservation. Also the Google pin is in a different/ false location and travellers who doesn't know the place will need to travel 2+km extra.

        Please stay away. This hotel has scammed us. Took the advance payment and did not give us rooms. Did not even speak with us. Me and my friend went with our mothers and were stranded last moment. at the middle of the road with out luggage.

        Very bad experience.Dont recommend at all.We paid 1000 as advance and then they made us wait 1hour in the cold.After that they told us rooms are full and made us pay extra for so called "super deluxe" room that didn't have any basic necessities.Such a scam.Worst experience ever.

        Room was good. We took 2 rooms. Both the rooms toilet had water leaks. In one of the rooms toilet was totally unmaintained. Toilet door was very hard to open and close. Shower lever was not even in place to use. Closet seats were not fixed placed and was just placed to seat. It was totally pathetic. It was not a pleasant experience for the cost.

        Very High Price For Rooms That are very much average hotel saw review 24hrs hot water fake review morning 7.30 to 8.50 only worst support after that time only cooling water hotel people's are very much money minded not recommendable so many disturbance water leak simply money waste

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
