Hotel is small.but rooms were nice and clean. Hot water was available 24 hrs. Near railway station. Free pass center is 10 min from our hotel. If you need free pass then go 3 AM. Counter opens at 4 AM.

Decent hotel for stay. It's in a location that may be tricky for newcomers to reach. But once you locate it, it's smooth. Overall a pleasant experience with KVP Inn. Would definitely consider staying there again

Very average type of room.. Could bring discomfort to middle class people as well.. room maintenance is very unsatisfactory.. cleanliness wise I would rate 2 out of 5. Room stinks, they could use some air freshener atleast when they clean it once every day, windows walls and all have become very old, it's not cleaned since ages, washroom is ok but sink gets clogged, flusher leaks, no good dustbin also.. it looks untouchable.. My humble request to the hotel people, you have built something good, maintaining it well will add good value to your hotel.. It's in good location, that's one advantage otherwise I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

If you're looking for Comfortable Stay in Tirupati, then I would highly recommend this. Non AC room is 1220 and AC room is 2000. Atmosphere is too good. My family enjoyed this place.

Good budget hotel on old Tiruchanur road, located within one km to Railway station as well as Tirupati Bus 🚍stand. Rooms are neat, well maintained, well ventillated, staff render good service and courteous. Check in desk people are co operative and friendly. Autos to & from to any place available at the Hotel even in the middle of night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
