Good room's to spend night's because during day time mostly were out for temple visits in the city... Services were hardly of use... Had meal's outside... So no question aroused of lunch or dinner... As far as it's location is concerned it would be better if you guys avoid this type of locality...

My 2nd stay to this hotel within 7 months, didn't disappoint me this time either, best value for money, comfortable stay, friendly and cooperative staff, proper connectivity to stations and buses, neat clean and well maintained bathrooms. Great option!!

Dirty blankets, dirty bed sheets, smelly rooms. There’s no proper car parking, AC doesn’t work properly. They say it will get jammed so don’t use too much. And the basic thing is hot water, which you don’t get here. So you pay for nothing. Not even hot water. Terrible experience. Very pathetic!

I recently stayed at KVP Residency in Tirupati with family and I have to say it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Compared to other hotels in the area, KVP Residency is definitely a cut above the rest. The price was reasonable and it is the best option for both solo travelers and families.Nice low budget hotel. Staff were very cooperative & helpful. Stayed there for 3 nights. Overall for 1st time visitor it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is convenient, with the railway station and bus stand just 1km away, which can be easily covered in a 20-minute walk. The staff was extremely cooperative and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend KVP Residency to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Tirupati. It's definitely worth the price and I look forward to staying here again in the future. Superb experience.. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Nice low budget hotel. Staff were very cooperative & helpful. Stayed there for 2 nights. Need to have food (Lunch & Dinner) options. Overall for 1st time visitor it was a good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
