Excellent service. The rooms were well kept and clean. The staff were respectable and understanding. An appreciation especially for the kitchen staff. One of them, Yogesh was polite and extremely hospitable. He was kind enough to get things to our table when requested. Food was good and tasty. They obliged us with less oil and spice in our food when requested. I will definitely recommend Kyriad, Nashik for a good and comfortable stay.

We had a bad experience with the restaurant and reception while booking a suite at this hotel. Complimentary breakfast will not be sent to the room while booking a suite. Very rude language and when informed at the reception, there is no need to return. No need to return. Very bad experience.

Here I am again. Due to my hectic schedule I got late in writing my review...As I had stated earlier I came to Kyriad in an emergency situation, was ready to go to Radisson when somebody suggested Kyriad, booked only for a day as was not aware of its services. But once I was here I kept extending my stay, I found it to be too good, quite reasonable with excellent staff.The manager Mr. Harshad and his team are excellent, were always ready with whatever help I asked for. With a bad experience at Fab Hotel I was slightly apprehensive but all my doubts were put to rest with this excellent team at Kyriad. Hygienically clean, delicious food and great hospitality. *It was a home away from home* From the time I entered to the time I left I was taken good care of by the staff with their smiling faces and very good hospitality. Though I have a house in Nashik but whenever I visit I would definitely stay at Kyriad even if it is for a day. I wish the best to Mr. Harshad and his team.Kyriad - Excellent. With such humility and excellent services Kyriad will definitely be one of the best Hotels in the coming times. All the best to all of you😊 I must mention the names of the staff working there- Yogesh, Vishal, Karan, Prateek , Akash, Gautam, Sandeep and Tejas along with their Manger Harshad...have forgotten some of the names, I suppose , but believe me it is a wonderful team taking care of Kyriad Nashik branch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
