Pathetic place.. done go by the pictures in Google.. they take party orders and group orders. We checked in today and there is an Engagement Party. It’s such a nuisance for other guests. The staff and the entire place treats you as freeloaders and no one cares even if we have paid the full amount and booked a cottage for ourselves. Loud music goes on even till 11pm and when asked to reduce the volume atleast , the receptionist has no sense of politeness to handle the situation. All he had to say is I can’t do anything that too very rudely. The restaurant is even more pathetic, the entire staff is occupied in party preparations and even to get a coffee you will have to wait for hours. Made a huge mistake of coming here that too paying such a heavy amount per day. Utterly ridiculous place.

After being in Calangute for a week (very busy - both neighborhood and beach), getting to La Cabana felt like getting home. Very pretty and quiet and just perfect for us (a group of Norwegians in the 20s/30s). Wish we stayed longer here!

One of the best beach resorts in North Goa. Restaurant and food was of very good quality. The ambience is very good. Biggest disappointment was the quality of the cottages. It is not well maintained and is cramped. The wood smell makes it very uncomfortable. Size of premium cottage is suitable only for couples. 5 star to the location, ambience and property. 3 star to the accommodation.

Perfect location, awsome service, awsome food, room is quite small. When we visit their was a wedding on going. And due to that they removed the beachfront seats. We booked this resort to enjoy the beach front view. But because of the wedding we did not get. This is quite upset thing. Because people booked the beach resort to enjoy but our bad luck. They should tell us before or they should keep some seats.

The experience started with Salil at the reception desk. From the onset we were greeted and welcomed everywhere we went. We were served dinner by Sushant who was observant and accommodating. Hats off to Agnello and many others who work behind the scenes to ensure smooth operation of the resort. Will be definitely recommending La Cabana for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful setting and wonderful sunsets.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
