This resort is a stay which has basic amenities. Very nice place to stay with a very beautiful view. The staffs are very sweet and nice people. They make you feel like home. Our staff Vishnu was really helpful and damn polite. He was there whenever we needed him. So overall it was a good experience.

I could rate this place lesser if I had the option. First, the room given to us wasn't the one allotted on Oyo. The room was really small, and didn't have a balcony as advertised. No geyser in the bathroom, unclean bedsheets. Transparent windows without curtains, so privacy=0 We were checked out at 7.30am on the app even though we could stay till 12pm. The staff were trying to force us to give them 5 stars on the Oyo app on check out. Worst experience till date.

Big no for couples. Hotel lacks privacy and has transparent curtains. Anyone can get a good look of what's happening inside hotel. Worst place of all hotels. Rude management. Hotel doesn't provide basic facilities like geyser (as advertised in Oyo rooms) but the manager demands 5 star ratings. Manager insists that the customer give 5 star ratings in front of them itself. Complained to Oyo escalation but no response from them.

It was a very bad experience for me. Might be because it is off season after heavy rain and flood in Kerala. No clean sheets provided despite of asking many times. And hot water was not available in the night when I reached. Infrastructure is good but maintenance was not even satisfactory.Perhaps good for bachelors for one night stay. Definitely not recommended for family.

Very bad experience with them , Location is not much good Food you will get iddly only. omplete or any other will charge like 5 * hotel, they could charge like their stand, they asked me do you want juice my experience most of the hotel give free as a welcome here he charged me like 5 * Hotel management , the in charge small boy talk like big boss . Other ppl are poor guys n good Low budget take a room and enjoy , food and other hospitality do not expect, go outside and enjoy the food n roam. Also you can not go outside easliy becuase its in far from city anything you want buy min 5 km drive to city

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
