Do not judge the hotel seeing the photos of their website and Google. Swimming pool cleanliness is not there. Hotel is under construction and they have not mentioned it anywhere. That was really disappointing. They are not providing good facilities that they had mentioned online, Like game area, Swimming pool. The cost is very high considering the experience. Hot water was there. Kettles were not clean. Fungus on wall. The toilets were not clean. Food was not good Limited options of food items. Location is good but they have huge scope to improve in hospitality.

Had a comfortable stay at La Fortuna. Location is quite accessible, though little away from major city/town. Rooms are well maintained with good facilities. Each room gets its own car parking space which is a huge plus. Small play area for kids too. Restaurant is pure vegetarian, and we went out to nearby restaurants for food.

Shady Dark rooms. Property requires maintenance. No wifi network in rooms No mobile network in rooms. Taking such big amount of arppox 11k for new year's dates. There's nothing called as such resort in this property except name.

Very Pathetic rooms. Don’t book by believing the photos uploaded by website. The photo and in original there is lot of difference. Very poor service. Food quality is very very pathetic. Don’t ever go this resort.

Very very very bad experience....rooms was so dirty nd even beds and cupboards were also not clean......swimming pool and pool area is so worst like some gutter......never visit this place ever in life.....not worth it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
