Rooms and services are good but not worthy for whatever u pay.no cooperation between management and reception very neglected people's and very funny point hair line difference between suit room and normal rooms so better book suite only . Now our matter is we booked 4 nights for a suite. last two nights only we got a suite after so many fights at reception because they were already given other people so we didn't get the first 2 days.without rooms why did they give confirmation?and if no suite room didn't get any information from the hotel.one day got complimentary dinner for that also they are asking money any how after the fight didn't collect.so total all fighting hotel just good only but not at all worthy

We stayed here for 3 days in January. The hotel is located around 2 kms from Baga beach. Rooms are good , spacious rooms. There is not much price difference between suite and deluxe room so go for suite rooms. Have reduced 1 star for the noise we endured for 2 nights, 1 night someone had party and music was on till 12:30, next night some people from adjacent hotel were making loud noises till wee hours of morning. Also thought breakfast is good in taste but variety is quite less.

Interior and fat from city, but nearer to Baga beach. Rooms were not well maintained, drainage problems, electric problems, dirty balconies. Tiffins were the worst, juices were just flavoured water, food was tasteless. Had lunch and dinner in outside restaurants. Good for low budget family stays only. Service was prompt, but management needs improvement.

Before coming to Goa, people cautioned me saying that I won't get proper food in Goa, but the food at the restaurant proved that all the apprehensions about the food at Goa is a myth. The food at this restaurant is top notch. I experienced a great hospitality. Very much relieved while I was at the resort. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience La Sunila suites.

Good stay at a good location . We got the room at good rates considering the peak season. Rooms are comfortable , but sounds from the neighbouring room is disturbing which hotel should consider . Two small swimming pools are available and drinks are available as well in hotel . There was Christmas Eve special karoke and songs which was ok. Food in hotel is alright but there are lot of options if u go down around 500m from hotel towards main road. Baga beach is 1.5 km around maximum and easily accessible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
