Resort location is good for those who will be traveling first time to north Goa. Car parking might be an issue as it has no specific parking area. Room service & staffs were excellent. Breakfast was healthy and nice. For dinner items, they need to improve in quality & variety. And lastly wooden rooms are small, even the super deluxe ones too. Those need maintenance periodically as property age seems to be more than five years now! Management need to keep on eye these things & fix any issues before peak season starts. Room price seems to be fine with other advantages. I had a wonderful stay there. Thank you.

A Nice property located at Calangute. Located in close proximity to beach and other tourist spots. The amenities were good enough for a family, especially the ones with young children. The pool was clean to use. The food (both complimentary breakfast and the one ordered through room service) was really good. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Had an emergency when I arrived at hotel and they were concerned enough to help my family out. The Hotel also provides two wheelers (for hire), so don't need to look outside for the same. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who are travelling there in future.

If you are looking for a family/couple friendly hotel, then this would be a best place for you. Best services, delicious food and a well-behaved staff. Had a great stay. Beach is at a distance of approximately 800 meters and can be accessed by 10 minutes walk. Had a healthy experience staying here.

From the very outset, the hospitality at LAVIE was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a team that made sure every facet of my stay was catered to impeccably. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout my time there, the staff members were incredibly attentive, offering tailored suggestions and support whenever needed. Their commitment to providing exceptional service truly laid the foundation for an extraordinary stay. Its very near to Calangute beach and best place to stay due to its location. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
