This place is definitely going to carve in few indelible sweet memories in your mind forever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The lake view rooms were quite spacious. We are thankful to the hotel for the free upgrade to our rooms. We enjoyed the calm and serene ambience here. The restaurant staffs, the service & the food is worth mentioning. Overall you will enjoy your stay here at a place free from cacophony of the busy concrete jungle out there.

We spent one night 🌙 and 2 days and the experience was glamorous and fabulous. Loved the lake view and the greenery. The spa design was unique as a fish and had a play area for chess and baby football. Roaming around the place during the day and night 🌙 ✨️ was a lively experience. 👌 we were there during Christmas 🎄 and the ambience was spectacular 👌 😀

Awesome food. Awesome location and ambience. Awesome rooms. Awesome view. Awesome amenities. Only cycles were without brakes. TV was not with movies channels which I think is basic need.Rest all time favourite in Kerala. Worth staying. Some mosquito problem if we open sliding window. Book aqua premium suite lake facing.Its worth to stay. But temperature bit hot . Buh inside room in ac and watching view is best.

The resort has big rooms with balconies. They offer complementary activities like pedal boating, fishing, etc. Hospitality is top notch. Service is prompt. They road to reach the hotel is narrow though.

Excellent property, spacious rooms, brilliant view from balcony. Boat pedaling, cycling, fishing, basketball, bad minton, indoor ganes available complimentary. Good pool and vast parking space. Reaching hotel is bit difficult for 1km, but resort is worth. Breakfast buffet was good.spa is available but chargeable. Good place to spend time leisurely.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
