If you want to have a royal experience and an entire palace to do so for a day, this is the place to be. The rooms are really nice with a touch of elegance. You can roam around the empty corridors which are enormous. The colour used on the walls oozes out royalty. The staircases are majestic and marble chiseled. The food is more than decent. You can have your food in the royal restaurant or order room service.

It was a pleasure staying here for 3 days and 3nights. Slept peacefully. Food was too good and hygienically served. Room service was good. All staffs were friendly. Kent Ro in each floor is awesome. Even 7 star hotels don't provide water for free. One bad thing is the small cockroaches in the bathroom. Pest control has to be done properly in the sewage lines.

Stay at palace hotel was Royal. We had stayed at Maharaja suite, worth spending time. Food was too delicious had enough buffet spread in breakfast and dinner. Hotel employees are very friendly, one of the employees took our photographs so beautifully 😊

I stayed there for one night. Check in was smooth. The Heritage Room which I occupied was spacious, like a room in a Palace. It had an ante room and a rooftop balcony attached to the room. To note, it did not have a refrigerator. There was no ironing board or iron in the room. Bed was comfy but only 2 flat pillows were provided.Upon requests 2 pillows awkwardly stuffed into pillow cases were provided. The cushion cover had bad odour.Bathroom was pretty basic and decor was standard with no palace vibes. Basic toiletries were provided. The grand and huge dining hall did not have enough stuff to attend to the guests. Usually it is 1-2 staff entering from service area to serve guests' request and off they disappear into the service area. Guests would need to catch them when they make an entry. Despite being busy, the staff were attentive and friendly. In particular Vivek stands out for his PR skils and naturally friendly and amicable nature. The food quality was very good 5/5. PS. The guard outside will check if u have a reservation before allowing your vehicle to enter the hotel grounds.

We visited this place for a buffet dinner on a Saturday evening to which we expected heavy crowding, but surprisingly it was quiet. Buffet per head was 885/- which is quite expensive because for Vegetarians, the options are quite limited, to be honest. Taste wise, the food was good. Maybe 65/100 for vegetarians. Experience wise, it was a great and royal spot to visit. Unfortunately, the palace didn't have as much lighting as we expected, but it could've been lit well. Last but not least, the service people were very friendly with a warm smile. P.S : The above 3 star rating is purely for the inadequate options of food and for the taste.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
