The location of the property is amazing, one can see the beach from the bed. Staff went out of the way to make our stay amazing. We had a medical issue in the mid of the night. They were all so helpful and got us the requires medicines within 30 mins. Met the young manager who runs the property really well & the best part is watching the sunset from the bath tub. There breakfast is an experience as well. They recently renovated the property and its looks far better then the pictures. I would love to go there again.

The place is really nice and good for relaxing stay experience. It's quite and I would recommend for people who would like to stay away from crowd and spend some quality time with your loved ones. We loved the hospitality of the staff. They are very welcoming and humble. Most importantly the location, it's right on the sea shore and you can enjoy the view of the beach from your rooms with a nice hot tub in the open space sipping some good wine during the evening. We missed having authentic goan food around this area which we thought isa plus point in South Goa.

La risa - Morjim , The location of the property was out of the world as one can see the beach through the day right from your room . The patio and the tub in it were a beautiful add on ! Very unwinding experience to see the rise and sunset without stepping out !The service and the hosts were extremely helpful and kind . They definitely need to upgrade house keeping and a few add on s like a cafe , etc to make it par excellent! The best thing is that one can walk out of the room to the beach and continue walking and crossing the best of places to hang out and eat. Many choices right in the vicinity and very safe to be on the beach at any point of the day or night, since it s right outside your cottage . It is nt luxurious or there is no activity or common space to sit in the property , so good to clear of your expectations! But a must try if you looking to be plonked on the beach .. all the best

We had booked the entire resort for a friends and family trip The first view was quite disappointing. The rooms were basic but serviceable. The backyard and the sit out area attached to each of the rooms is dirty and infested with bugs and mosquitoes. When we asked the reception for a bug spray, we were requested to apply it at the reception because they were not looking to lend it. Breakfast was very basic. Limited menu and average good. Terrible service to boot. Would not recommend Rating this one star

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
