It is one of the nicest hotel in Jaipur due to its staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Room and bed are beautiful but bathroom is okay. Every night they do a live show of puppet and folk dance. I remember that, I had to check out and it was raining heavily. No cab or ola was available to catch my bus. I don't remember the staff's name but he helped me beyond his limit. The staff's commitment to help people makes this hotel a five star.

We had a pleasant stay here. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - lovely and attentive staff - Food was delicious - Rooms are clean - Very close to tourist attractions - Great prices - Great amenities Cons: - Shower water is only warm for 1 minute and then goes cold. - For the roof top entertainment, if you join in with the acts, they ask for a tip. So don’t volunteer or join in with them if you don’t have cash/don’t want to tip and just want to enjoy the entertainment. We’ve paid for the hotel so why would we need to pay for the mid entertainment. They also pressure you into buying one of their puppet/dolls and guilt trip you into saying they have a family and are a small business. Felt like we were being approached by the outside beggars in OUR own hotel, so definitely didn’t feel safe.

The lowest rating that was available is one which is why I have rated this 1. Else, would have rated zero. What a sheer waste of money! The parking is on the road, the rooms are not that clean. They charge a hefty amount of money for the rooms and only give 1/2 litres of complimentary water. The washroom had a pungent smell, the room had flies in it and after asking incessantly for towels we got the same. Don't even get me started on food, bland taste and is not at all worth it. Cutlery was smelling, and the room service was horrible. Moreover, my mother fell sick and we needed an extra hour in the room as my mum was in the emergency. They couldn't show a bit of empathy and asked to book the room for the whole day. Worst experience all in all.

I really prefer Laxmi palace.its very well maintained and clean.The staffs are so good and cooperative. The chefs in the restaurant prepare delicious food. Breakfast is very tasty and different varieties. Rooms are very clean. Located in centre of the city ,all shops are nearby It's safer place.Roof top restaurant is very good. Finally it's worth for money and I prefer this hotel in my next visit also.

Excellent place to stay. Good service and quality food. Head up to the rooftop for an amazing performance around 8pm that is not to be missed. Room was clean and functional

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
