Our experience at this hotel over the past two days has been disappointing. The service was subpar, with breakfast being served at 9:30 am without prior notice, even though it is typically available at 7:00 am. Additionally, when we requested tea or coffee before our 9:30 am departure, it was not provided until breakfast. The lack of communication and service has left us dissatisfied, and we cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor management.

Excellent hotel in lonavala. Hotel owner is very customer centric and staff is very nice. Very clean rooms and entire hotel maintained very clean. Hotel is good for family.

Decent property for short stay, economical, secluded and clean. Rooms are not very high standard but at that cost i think its manageable. Staff is very cooperative and cordial. A bit disappointed with the free breakfast options given. But the room service food was very tasty and value for money. Ample parking space and obviously a lot of greenery around. Overall good experience

We decided on the hotel based on its location (close to the railway station, about 15 mins of walk, & central to the sightseeing spots as well). This was our first booking through Agoda, & though we had read mixed comments about this particular place, we decided to give it a try. At the very entrance of the hotel, we realized we had made a good choice. And that was further supported by the room we were given, a king sized bed with immaculate linen, & a really relaxing mattress, what else does a travelling couple need ;) The toilet/bathroom was spacious & clean. The veranda overlooked a wild garden, almost a pseudo forest, just in case if you are planning to stay out there in the evening, keep some mosquito-repellent ready. The manager was a VERY helpful person. Not only he was too polite over the phone when we requested to hold the booking for a late check-in, but also that he quickly got over with the booking formalities once we were there ASAP as we were too tired, & took some time out to discuss a probable itinerary for our sightseeing around the town. The hotel helps you get cabs (both air-conditioned & non air-conditioned) with a generic route map, but one can always customize it with the driver as per the situation, & paying the required charges. Since it was not yet monsoons, & most of Lonavala was pretty much dry, we opted all the waterfalls & dams out of the list & went out for the caves & the forts, along with a few other places. So, we are definitely going to come back to Lonavala during the monsoons to see nature at its full glory, & we can not think about staying anywhere but at Hotel Laxmi Residency! P.S. The kitchen strictly cooks vegetarian meal at the hotel, but the room service personnel are generous enough to get you non-vegetarian dishes too, but from outside. Hope this review helps fellow travelers... Cheers!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
