The Lazdana staff was extremely helpful and the service provided was very delightful , helpful and the location is ideal place. Mr.Mohamed Mobin was a very pleasant gentlmen and service provided was outstanding. Thank you very much for giving us the flexibility to extend our stay. I would highly recommend. I really enjoyed my stay at Lazdana hotel. Very good staff and excellent ambiance. The manager Mr. Mobin is always there for solving any issues. It’s really worthy of staying there for the money spent, Good going Lazdana please keep it up.

Receptionist was fast asleep in the seating area at 6 in the morning. Stumbled over to the desk and barely looking at computer, declared there were no rooms. Ran back to the sofa before we were out the door.

Had such an amazing stay at Lazdana. Starting from the booking process, Mr.Mobin had given humungous support by all means. I had stayed there with my family. And the property was as good as it was inaugurated yesterday. Mubin was there for any kind of help until we checked out. The property is placed in such a manner that you're in the middle of Indira Nagar and access to all the places we had to go. It's the first time we're staying in a hotel and we didn't have a single thing to complaint about. All the other staff were supportive too. Will definitely suggest this property to my friends and relatives.

I have stayed here for 3 nights, rooms are good but the service is too bad. Ask for cutlery, they bring only plate.. Ask for for food, nothing will be in the menu nd the staff doesn't know English or Hindi. They charged me more than the booking amount. I gave my room key card in the reception for cleaning nd the receptionist kept the card in the Xerox mechine. I asked for the check out bill well in advance, they started to make the bill once I reached the reception and the processing is very very very slow. Informed front desk for cleaning and they came once during the three day stay. And at the last minute before leaving....they didn't give me the bill as their team had to inspect the room for any missing object. This is a disrespect to the guest and I had to miss my flight as I wasted 30 mins in this process. No cutlery provided and didn't come for room cleaning and they expect the room nd bedsheet to be clean. Atlast had to pay 2000/- for the bedsheet food stains. If the hotel team is more reactive in the service... I would not have wasted my money and missed my flight. Very bad experience. Please don't acknowledge this feedback with your standard reply.."We are incredibly grateful that you took the time to leave us a review! Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
