I recently stayed at the Lazy Lagoon Goa with my family and wanted to share my positive experience. The staff provided exceptional service, making our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and spacious, contributing to a comfortable holiday. The check-in process for NRIs was hassle-free. Moreover, I must commend the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who served us. The culinary experience added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. However, I would suggest improving the welcome drink service. During my visit, no one was at the reception to offer water, and I had to request it. This small improvement could enhance the overall arrival experience. Despite this, I must emphasize that our trip was great, thanks to your wonderful hospitality. I appreciate the efforts of your team and look forward to future stays.

I had a lovely holiday at this hotel. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone. All the staff were friendly professional and went the extra mile to cater for all of our restaurant and housekeeping needs. I would like to thank them all : Aldrin - who kept our room clean well stocked and regularly came to check all was ok especially if he hadn’t seen me that day. Went out of his way to help in anyway. Shekha - extremely friendly welcoming and helpful on reception. Shubham joy Kevi - in the restaurant who took care of all our dietary preferences and pool side service. Thank you all for a lovely holiday.

Good evening, Due to less staff in Dining area, service is poor. Team is not able to handle the guests in dining area. In bathroom, wash basin area, there is space constraints. There is no discipline in swimming pool. Majority of guest were entering with normal cloths. For us, check in was at 3 pm and allowing other guests for check in by 12 noon. Mini refrigerator is there in room but it’s empty. Soft drinks, juices & chocolates shall be provided in it on chargeable basis. Entry in room is not correct, there should be some privacy through curtain or partition. News paper shall be provided in rooms. House keeping needs improvement, not providing the hand towel. In all, it’s not the Lemon Tree standard.

This resort in Goa shares similarities with many others in terms of its compact size and proximity to a road with limited parking. However, its location is conveniently close to Baga Beach and numerous excellent restaurants. The standout feature here is the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, particularly the girl in the cafe. Both the cafe and room service teams went out of their way to fulfill our requests, even during odd hours, for which we are immensely grateful. The rooms are of a decent size, and considering the price is under 4,000 rupees per night, it's hard to find a better deal.

Poor Housekeeping. The hand wash bottle did not have hand wash . The shampoo bottle did not have shampoo. No towels when we checked in. We had paid for 3 people but only 2 kits were provided. The whole resort itself is very small and not like what is shown on MMT.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
