Pathetic experience. We went for a family dinner. They took the order and served 2 people after one hour. Third family member got served after 1.5 hours and the remaining order was not served. I left the place without having food even after waiting for around two hours. They were more focused on serving people who ordered drinks. Every one sitting around kept on waiting for the food but it wasn't delivered. Unnecessary over hyped place.The staff was least bothered about not serving each one of us neither was there any apology for the same.

Foods are overpriced. Even for the given price taste of food was below average. We ordered chicken breast roast which was the worst chicken dish I've ever tasted ! Beef burgandy was decent but was too costly !

I had gone with my husband to have dinner, reason being that the ratings were really good for this restaurant. To our surprise, half of the items on the menu were not available. Adding misery to this, whatever we ordered within the available food items, the waiter comes in after few minutes and inform that the item is no longer available but they do give us our drinks before informing us so we couldn’t cancel the entire order. Also, these people are sneaky, they add service charges to your bill and if you ask them to remove it, they show you their menu cover where its mentioned that its customer’s responsibility to inform the waiter not to add service charge to the bill. This is mentioned on the cover of menu, which hardly anyone looks at. This sneaky practice shows how great this restaurant is. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Had an amazing lunch date, the food, the ambience, music and most of all good drink!!! The chef Martin did a really great job as well as Raja who served us, very polite and jovial, definitely 5 stars for both of them and the whole restaurant.

We had dinner at this place. Taste was very good. We got to eat variety of food. European and Indian variety available here. Parking can be done on the near by lanes. Staff is friendly. Raja did good service. We will come again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
