        I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with family & friends , and I would like to provide feedback on my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered challenges with the service, particularly at the reception. Upon entering the hotel, I observed a lack of welcoming attitude from the receptionist. There was a delay of 5-6 minutes before receiving any response, and the overall attitude did not reflect the standard of hospitality I expected. Throughout my stay, I noticed a consistent lack of training in the hospitality sector among the staff. The room service was subpar, and the waiters and service staff exhibited a noticeable level of rudeness. While the quality of the food and rooms was acceptable, the overall experience was marred by the poor service. Regrettably, based on my encounter, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I hope you find this feedback constructive, and I encourage you to consider areas for improvement in customer service and staff training.

        The behaviour what we people got from the hotel staff is not acceptable, even after paying the huge amount ------ . You people are treating us like we are staying in some dharamshala. So rude behavior & extremely poor room service. In the end your dicey commitment was not something ethical which has ruined our trip

During the stay of our guests from December 4th to 8th, 2023, Ms. Khan's impeccable coordination and warmth contributed significantly to their delightful experience. The seamless service and attention to detail exhibited by the entire team made our guests feel truly welcomed.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
