I booked a room at this hotel for two nights. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready even after the check in time. I had requested to arrange a cake prior for a celebratory occasion but that was not done too. I had to call again after the check in and request a couple of times to do the same. The lady at the front desk spoke rudely when we requested to provide us our room after waiting for sometime past the check in time. The bathroom was not clean and sufficient toiletries for two guests were not provided. Our room fare had breakfast included. The lady at the reception mentioned that the breakfast would start at 7 am. We went at the restaurant at 7.30 am as we had to leave to catch a flight but there were little to no food options available at the restaurant even after their stated time. We couldn't even get a tea or coffee at the restaurant and had to request a to go cup of tea while leaving from the hotel. Overall the quality of this hotel is below average for the cost of accomodation they charge. I would rate this hotel at par with a 3 star hotel. We will not be staying at this hotel in future. I don't recommend this facility better to spend your money somewhere else.

Rating: 4.9/5 My stay at Le Méridien was close to perfection. There was a minor hiccup concerning the third bed in our room, but the staff addressed it efficiently. The culinary experience was delightful overall, though I encountered some chicken dishes where the meat was a tad rubbery. These are small issues that I'm confident can be easily resolved. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while participating at the National Games Goa. The rooms are very nice and clean. The housekeeping does a fantastic job. The location is also excellent with everything nearby. The drawbacks are the staff at the reception. Some of them are rude and unresponsive. If you call them from the room phone and ask them anything, they will hang up and never revert. I found this very unprofessional. The restaurant is average and the service is super slow. They take hours to deliver the food. The most horrible experience was the cab the hotel provided when we wanted to go to the candolim beach, the driver looked intoxicated, he abused me for booking the cab for such a short ride and he ordered me to get out. He said what is the use of you when you are booking such a short ride. I had to fight with him to drop me to the location and he took 500rs. It made the whole experience sour. I think the staff are the biggest minus to this hotel. Otherwise the location and rooms are very good.

I would say this was the least impressive Le meridian I've stayed in. Location is obscure, in the middle of busy road, a small lane leads u to the hotel entry. Hotel entry and lobby look so old and unkept, the worst I've ever experienced for 5 star. The hallways to the room smell foul and carpets were dirty. Other guests were complaining the same and even arguing for refund The room was good size , but the cleanliness and room keeping was way below the 5 star levels. The toilet kept stinking and bathroom showers were not well cleaned . The room was not adequately made up every day on my return..had to get it re done The breakfast had good variety, but I must admit that there was nothing much palatable. The worst 5 star experience so far...for the cost, I could have easily booked something else in Goa

We went to Le Meridien as our experience with Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar was awesome, but Goa property is very disappointing it's just like a business meeting hotel and nothing stall.No activities for Kids .and location of the place is also not get great. Service and breakfast spread are both awesome. Swimming pool is there but not temperature controlled or infinity pool .So think before booking the property , we did not get booking for 2 days so had booked casa anjuna which was blessing in disguise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
