        My recent stay at Le ROI Delhi Hotel, Paharganj left me with mixed feelings due to a disappointing experience at check-in. Unfortunately, the receptionist's lack of a warm welcome significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Upon arrival, I had hoped for a friendly greeting and a welcoming smile, but regrettably, the receptionist seemed disinterested and failed to provide the warm hospitality one expects when checking into a hotel. A simple smile and a courteous welcome can go a long way in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and it was disheartening to feel a lack of enthusiasm from the hotel staff. While I understand that everyone has off days, the initial interaction with the receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. A positive and welcoming demeanor is especially vital in the hospitality industry, where guests seek comfort and a sense of hospitality. Despite this initial setback, I must acknowledge that other aspects of the hotel, such as room cleanliness and amenities, were satisfactory. However, the lackluster welcome at the reception overshadowed these positives, leaving me with a less than stellar impression of my stay. In the spirit of constructive feedback, I hope that Le ROI Delhi Hotel, Paharganj takes this review into consideration and emphasizes the importance of a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. A small change in approach could make a significant difference in guest satisfaction, ensuring a more positive and memorable experience for future visitors. Strongly NOT recommendation.

        During my delightful two-night stay at hotel le roi in delhi's paharganj. The well-designed room, providing ample space and comfort for a family, was consistently maintained at a high standard by the attentive housekeeping staff. This attention to cleanliness, coupled with the inviting lobby equipped with coffee facilities and the availability of hot water, created a truly family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant's delicious food, catering to various preferences, ensured not just a pleasant dining experience but also a comprehensive and enjoyable stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations by seamlessly combining aesthetics, convenience, culinary satisfaction, and excellent housekeeping facilities for a truly memorable family stay.

        While asleep around 11PM. I had a couple walk in to the room. They got in to the room with a key given to them by the hotel receptionist. You have to go to the receptionist everyday to get your room reassigned to you throughout your stay. That nice couple had been there for a few days already and had a few more days left to their reservation. So they walked in to the room that they had been assigned to for the reservation. To them it seemed like we were the intruders. Thankfully the nicest couple were willing to change rooms since they had just 2 backpacks cz they were visiting family during Diwali and had their big luggage with their family. The hotel had double booked one room and given 2 couples the same room key. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff has nothing to say about it. They couldn’t even admit their mistakes. No apologies from their side either. Rooms look much nicer in pictures but it’s dirty in reality. Bathroom is dirty. It is spacious and location isn’t bad but I could’ve gotten way better hotel for similar price around the neighborhood. Staff is absolutely horrible. Receptionist lady was extremely slow and didn’t care about customers at all. They’d try to get until you raise your voice at them. I like to travel and have stayed in many hotels but this was hands down the worst one I had ever been to. I’d rather pay a little more and stay at other place. I’d definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. UNSAFE AND HYGIENIC. HORRIBLE STAFF AS WELL.

        The right place to stay if u want to stay near to New Delhi railway station. Clean, neat and spotless Linen, supported by wonderful service. Much worthy than what u pay for. Food is also good. It has limited dedicated parking, but don't worry the staff are always there to help you. Equally good for solo, business and Family trips

        Experience at Le roi Hotel is Very Pathetic. There is no option of Zero rating otherwise we rate this hotel big 0 (Zero). We do not recommend any one to visit this hotel for following reasons. 1. Very small bathroom. There is no tap available. 2. Bathing accessories are not provided. 2. Furniture is too old. 3. No Ventilation. 5. Charges are too high in respect to the rooms are provided. 6. There is no warm welcome and also no Greetings while check out. Kindly do not visit this hotel even they provide a free stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
