The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy comfort. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings did not go unnoticed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.

It was an amazing stay at le roi. It's most conveniently located just adjacent to railway station. The staff were polite, responsive and adequately well trained to handle any kind of customer either senior citizens or differently-abled. They were very respectful and efficient in every possible manner. And accommodated our request for connecting rooms. And all rooms were clean and has amenities for a relaxing vacation. Plus even when we shifted rooms the bell boy was very cooperative. And the food at the restaurant is great! The staff there too is very helpful, friendly and very efficient. Their services and courtesy is impressive. It was an amazing stay at le roi. An excellent display of hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting digha.

Price of the rooms is very cheap as compared to the services & luxury being provided. But geyser was not working in our room but they didn't repair it & we had to use cold water. They were charging 400 rupees per person for breakfast,but are not providing any buffet. Breakfast was not ready by 8am,we had to go to the restaurant & order food by ourselves. They are not even providing a menu. We ordered only toast & omlette,but had to wait 40mins for it. Stuffed parathas are also half cooked. Nothing is good about it. It's better to have breakfast from outside. Sorry to say but we are seriously disappointed with your services.

I stayed in Le ROI for one day, took two rooms. It's an old hotel. The rooms were average. The bed linen was very old and had wrinkles all over. Even for one day stay I expect atleast the bed linen to to be proper. Hand towels were old and brownish. Bath towels were new. You will have to request for dental kits. One geyser was not working. Curtains were old as well. Closet, tv, and other things in room were good. Breakfast spread was good but was fully veg. In our room there was no numbers mentioned for Reception and Room dining. Had to call from my mobile. Many items like burger pizza was not available in the kids menu section during our stay. Pros: Close to beach and other places. Goodcar parking space, big kids play area, nice elevators, fast room service, smooth checkin and checkout

Excellent location just 5mts walk from new beach.. Great food.. Excellent customer service especially from Priyanka and Somnath at reception n sumon in dining.. Best place to stay in Digha.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
