This is the worst hotel I have seen ever in my life. The staff is so rude. The rooms are very small and not very clean. They don't even give wifi and toiletries. They don't have kettle and glass in room. And if you ask them for anything they will answer you rudely. I won't recommend it to anyone. Never book it if you want to enjoy your trip.

Not the first time i have stayed in a Le Roi group hotel. Same advantages, same disadvantages, as i observed while in Hardwar 3/4 years back. Proximity to Rly station is it's biggest strength. Badly planned toilet is it's worst face. Poorly staffed, not many visitors, are indications of a badly managed hotel. At Rs 3000 about ( i forget) per night, i should have put in more efforts in locating a better choice.

Had an amazing 3night stay at hotel Le Roi, Udaipur. They provided us with exceptional services and food. Mr. Harsimran, at the reception was so helpful with the check-in and check-out formalities. Mr. Nirbhay, at kitchen counter was so generous, kind and helpful with the food. I really appreciate him for bearing with our late breakfast and dinners. Drinks by Kishor ji are so amazing, you won't be able to stop at one. Pinacolada by Kishor ji is a must try. He is the sweetest person. Over-all I had a great time in udaipur and the staff of Le-roi made it more memorable. They all are very friendly, considering and kind. Thankyou team Le Roi, Udaipur. We really looking forward to visit again and staying there.

Location is excellent . We reached at Night 11:30 pm . No food available this time in fact very option at this time. Rooms are older design but mix with good service . Car parking is outside and OPEN . Not private parking .

Just stayed few days back for 2 days. Location is fine, brkfast was also good, my only concern with staff. Staff is not friendly at all and they give response like we are at any cheap lounge. Need to improve the same

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
