Please refrain from booking this property for accommodation primarily because of the following reasons: 1)Fake Pictures: Photos posted on Google does not resemble the reality. The property has cleverly managed to depict 5 star luxury amenities which is not really the case. 2) Small rooms: The rooms are really really small and lacks individual washrooms (only 1 washroom was allotted to a 2 room accommodation). 3)Claustrophobic:The property feels claustrophobic as too many rooms are packed within a very small built up area. 4)Inadequate Parking: Very small parking area for the large number of properties packed within a simple compound. If you fail to reach on time, you are bound to loose the parking spot. 5)Pathetic house keeping: The staff can never be trusted as they end up using your personal belongings while left unattended. 6)Slow Room Service: Experienced sub standard room service as we ended up waiting for couple of hours for things as basic as coffee/tea. 7)Payment Fraud: The property is under the radar of multiple 3rd party agents impersonating Le Villagio. The guests receive email confirmations from fake accounts and tend to quote higher prices. The property ceases to take responsibility of any such issues. 8) High Pricing: We ended up paying 39000 for 3 days of stay which was totally unworthy considering the aforementioned reasons. 9) Accessibility: Very narrow approach road which makes it difficult to navigate.

The hotel was fantastic. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only minus point is they don’t serve lunch and dinner. Breakfast spread was really good every time. The pool all other amenities are there. Good place to enjoy with family. Kids and friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights 23rd December to 25th December. It is a kind of service apartment. They provide Breakfast from a Wilton restaurant they don't in house kitchen but the breakfast is average. The good thing about this place is General manager Jeffery who is managing entire property he is cooperative and his hospitality was excellent. The front gate security person is also good he helps with your luggage as well. Overall it was good experience.

We stayed in a Dome and the below review is completely for the same. Pros : 1.The Co-ordination and the co-operation of the staff was excellent. It was one of a kind of stay in Domes. Our first experience and it was good. 2.Jacuzzi has hot water but it takes 5-6 hours to get heated. The Dome was very good. All facilities what we get in a Normal Room we get here also. The Dome is big enough. 3.The Clubhouse has Foosball , Table tennis , Billiards Table. 4.The pool was also neat but we didn't use the same. 5.They don't have restaurant but food is delivered from Hotel Wilton. We ordered once and food was good. If we drive a km or so we have lot of options for food. Only Breakfast alone is served. Food was ok types but not that great. Cons: 1.Bathroom closet is very very small and we found it very difficult to bath. 2. Hot water system needs some tuning. Either it is very very hot or cold. However we adjust we were unable to have the right temperature. 3. For the tariff they charge , they can provide better breakfast. 4. Have an inbuilt restaurant. I see the space is there for the same. 5. For booking in Roos/Dome third party websites are offering less price. Overall one time stay I would say especially for the Dome.
