Customer service is terribly lacking. They do not know how to simply smile and no urgency in taking care of the needs of their guests. It takes forever to get a cup of tea. No one takes ownership and goes the extra mile to keep the guest happy. They are all in the box thinkers and doers especially management staff. I am yet to see a management staff pick something off the floor. They would get a low level, poor staff member to do it. No servant leadership. Their tea is lousy at a cost of Rs. 350. The chai wala on the street makes a better cup at Rs. 10. Their greeter refused to give us a table that was empty for more than 45 minutes. No care no concern. I was so angry that I refused to dine in their restaurant although my meals were paid for. They fail to get back to their guest when a complaint is made. Both my wife and I went to bed hungry!!! The owner needs to secret shop their property. Room was cleaned but there was still garbage on the floor. There is no garbage receptacle if you need to throw away something. This would force you to interrupt the unfriendly staff at the reception desk.

The Leela Ambience Hotel is a nice hotel. Happened to visit the hotel during an event called Tiska Pageants in December 2023. The staff is quite cooperative and food is quite tasty. It was well decorated for Christmas. The ambiance is superb specially the area around the 2 swimming pools. The born fire 🔥 step is one of its kind. The bar is very well maintained, having almost all the brands. Overall good package.

Whether seeking food through room service or requesting dishes and bowls, the staff exhibited exceptional behavior and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Service requests were consistently met without delays. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. My overall stay was superb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable service. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
