        Reception staff need to take classes on how to deal with guests better. Service overall is delayed. Check in they strictly or purposely make you wait till 2pm to allot room. Food in the breakfast spread is overall decent, but again the staff are not well trained I feel. Rooms are decent, but no windows in the room make it less enjoyable. Hotel location is good, but that is disadvantage as well as the road is full of traffic jams and you neeed to be super quick for boarding cabs.

        Absolutely horrendous experience! Please do yourself a favour and book any other hotel except this place. Smooth check-in but the experience went downhill after. The water from the flush was leaking and I complained in the afternoon, when I reached in the room at 10, it was still not fixed. Room was dirty with multiple spots everywhere. my room was at 3rd floor and there is a bar at that floor, couldn't sleep that night as there was a party until 2 am. Complained the other day, got my room changed, water was still leaking from the flush in the new room as well, the new room also had spots and was not clean. Opened the window to see the view, it was so dirty, had to close the curtains. Only thing which improved was less noise because the floor got changed.

        Stayed here for 5 nights in Oct 2023. Average at best. Staff really need to learn how to treat their guests. First room we checked into smelled really bad. Requested a different room. First morning for breakfast and the staff kept pushing for reviews. Told them i will review at the end as i had experienced similar thing before and discovered the level of service changes ones you do a good review. They stop with good service after the reviews. In this case, it was the right decision as we discovered a day or two later. Location is good. Main CBD is within walking distance. Don't be in hospitality if cannot deal with customers.

        Very small room without window in the entire hotel. No ventilation n window for toilet or internal passages. It's a big fire safety issue. Rooms are depressing. Don't get fooled by the lobby and courtyard photos. AC didn't work n wasn't serviced in a long time. Wet n unclean towels

        This is our last hotel stay in our long trip of Rajasthan journey and we chose this hotel based on ratings and reviews. We are very disappointed with the rooms, ambience and facilities. This seems more like a business friendly and family function hotel but not for families who come for vacations and like to have leisure time. In the room you won't know if it is day or night, there is no ventilation at all. They give two single beds instead of a single king or queen bed. We did not like the food also, maybe it does not match our taste. I think Google should provide an option to show reviews based on what type of trip or who you travel with and show ratings and reviews and recommendations accordingly. Nothing against the hotel but it did not fit our expectations.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
