Lemon tree hotel Amritsar offered pathetic service after charging high prices. Rooms are below average. AC remote not working. Washbasin drain was blocked. Floor tiles r coming out. No coffee table in deluxe room. Swimming pool was not cleaned. Pillows were broken in two parts. Room was not euipped with exhaust fan. Overall highly disappointed.

Rooms are fine. Room service is too slow. Both the times I carried luggage myself as it was taking too long... The TV remote wasn't working, not expected when you pay several thousand rupees per day. Overall just about average experience.

Worst experience ever!!! Rooms were very old and not clean. Things are broken in toilet. Ac was not working. Front desk was not interested in taking room order. Other guests were also complaining same things. Pool was out of service for no reason. I spent one night but I experienced so many problems in my stay. I would not recommend anyone to pay so much money and have a pathetic stay.

Lemon Tree Hotel Horror: Deceptive Staff and Freezing Conditions My recent stay at a Lemon Tree hotel was a disaster. Despite enduring 50+ nights at various Lemon Tree properties, this one stood out for all the wrong reasons. The staff's deceptive practices were evident from the start. In 4-degree weather, the ACs were ill-equipped for heating, leaving guests freezing and the staff pretending it was a sudden issue. Maintenance in the room was non-existent, with leaking taps, dangling faucets, missing batteries, and a severe shortage of towels. Even the restaurant's food, initially a beacon of hope, disappointed with a meager buffet dinner menu. In summary, my stay was a nightmare due to the absence of heaters in freezing conditions, coupled with deceptive staff and maintenance neglect. I strongly caution against choosing this Lemon Tree property until urgent improvements are made.

@LemonTreeHotels I have checked-in yesterday at Lemon Tree hotel in Amritsar. And I must say that this is one of the pathetic hotel i have ever visited. The hygiene quality is poor. Attaching few photos for reference. There are broken glass, dirty and stain bedsheets and matress. Even after changing the matress 3-4 times its still the same dirty. Food is average. And worst part is nobody looks after the rooms facilities whether they are in working conditions or not. No water was in the washroom when my wife and daughter went for bath. There was no connection of the pipes. After complaining the water started coming but it was like take about 30 mins to fill one mug. My rating to this property is 0/5

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
