We two couples stayed for four nights at Lemon tree Indore. We had a pleasant stay with neat and spacious rooms though washrooms need little renovation. Very polite and supportive staff particularly at front desk Ms.Sushmita & Ms. Neena. One thing that appeased us most is engaging vocally & hearing impaired boys for room services. Food was also pretty good.

Lemon Tree Indore falls short of a 3-4 star rating, resembling more of a government hotel experience with minimal service. The restaurant service is sluggish, with delayed deliveries, melted ice cream, and mix-ups in tea orders. The lift is excruciatingly slow, taking over 2 minutes from ground to first floor, making stairs a preferable option. The room facilities, especially the washrooms, are less advanced than those in a government hospital, posing challenges for senior citizens with an inconvenient bath setup. The laundry service returns wet clothes with stains. The housekeeping service is remarkably lackadaisical, often neglecting to answer calls. When they do respond, it takes an hour for them to deliver the requested items. Enduring a stay at Lemon Tree Indore is a true test of patience, as I've experienced during my over 2-week stay. Subhamoy at the front desk proved exceptionally helpful during my stay at Lemon Tree. Kudos to him for his outstanding support.

I stayed for 3 nights in Lemon tree Indore. I had a pleasant stay with them. The services was pretty good. Though, in room dining is pretty expensive for the quality, quantity and standard. The location is pretty good - bang in the middle of the city and everything is nearby.

Had a good experience with Lemon Tree, Indore. Very supportive staff. Good big rooms. Excellent food fast service. Special thanks to their resturant staff and Mr. Ashok chef of the restaurant. It was a good stay hopefully they will continue the same kind of service. They should remove bath tub 🛁 from the bathroom. That's the only minus point.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
