I recently had the most incredible hotel stay experience at the lemon tree Hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel like a valued guest. The room was nothing short of spectacular, with a breathtaking view of the city, luxurious furnishings, and impeccable cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or ensuring my dietary preferences were met at the restaurant. Best service provided by karun in the restaurant. I definitely recommended this hotel to everyone.

Recently, I had a visit to Katra with my family. I planned to stay in Lemon Tree Hotel. Before booking the hotel, I was unsure whether the hotel is good or not. But as soon as I was welcomed in the hotel, I was treated with utmost sincerity and good behaviour. The rooms were tidy and hotel staff was way much co-operative. Moreover, I had my breakfast and dinner in the hotel’s in-house restaurant and the food was amazing. Mr. Rahul who was the boy in the restaurant was very helpful and provided me the requisite services with utmost regard. The hotel was able to render all the requisite assistance that I required.

Rooms clean and tidy. Nice play to stay with excellent view. Food at restaurant is good and the front office team is efficient and they have taxi service free of cost for residents. Worth to mention that Rahul and Anuraj give a very good service and it feels homely with good food at their citrus cafe.

We had an exhilarating vacation at Lemon Tree. The rooms were clean and tidy. They have excellent room service executives who are there at one call. The major credit for such an amazing stay goes to Kaushal and team special thanks to Angrez. They served us delicious food day and night and treated us like family. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Katra.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
