Went in high winter, great escape from urban madness. Lots of greenery and open spaces. Decent breakfast buffet. Approach road was kuccha and Google maps took us off road. They have an attached golf course for those interested.

The room appeared clean but wasn't. The room had continuous smoke coming in through the AC. We informed the staff. Staff sprayed some fresheners. Did not change the room also. The shower was not working. Very low pressure on the tap. No bucket or mug was given. Had to sit under the tap and bathe somehow. The food was excellent and the arrangement was superb. The bed was not clean, I got some bug bites at night which is still healing. Power disconnection was quite frequent. It's a good place to be. I did not find the place exciting as such because it's at a corner area and has a golf course inside. So good for those who are coming to relax this way and spend some alone time without all the hassles of regular life and away from the noises. It's a huge property in Manesar. Our event organizer was the best because of which the experience did not spoil up for us otherwise the above is my feedback for the property. There is definitely a huge scope of improvement.

Escape the city chaos and indulge in a weekend retreat at this idyllic spot. Enjoy a golf course, verdant gardens, and a serene swimming pool, all amidst breathtaking surroundings. While it's a bit distant from the national highway, the tranquility makes it a perfect getaway.

Can't issue 2 keys for a twin sharing room. Room heaters take time to come. Conference services are pathetic it does not have a driver dorm for a resort in wilderness.. can't even provide food for driver on payment. Managers are helpless as not provided teeth by management.. worst lemon tree experience til date. only silver lining is some of the staff Like Vijay

Worst experience, we had a meeting over there and horrible experience. Entire team is unprofessional and they don't know how to organise official meeting. We have provided guest list with check in and check out date but no body bothered to check list and when our guest reached there, then found that there is no room booked for our company. When we had asked them to check out list then they have provided Room. Room size was good but there is no Hot water supply and one of my colleague found mouse 🐀 on his room. Overall very bad experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
