        Me and my husband stayed in their suite it was spacious well maintained.. we took 2 meals variety of food was limited but taste was amazing their normal dal tadka was dying for.. thank you so much lemom tree for such lovely hosting. 5 Star.

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent encounter with your hotel's non-refundable policy. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances forced me to cancel my reservation, and the inflexibility of your policy has left me with a bitter taste regarding my overall experience. While I understand the necessity of policies, the lack of consideration for exceptional situations is disheartening. Life is unpredictable, and imposing a non-refundable policy without any room for exceptions seems excessively harsh, especially when circumstances beyond my control led to the cancellation. This rigid approach has not only resulted in financial loss but has also left me questioning the customer-centricity of your establishment. I believe a more lenient and understanding stance on such matters would contribute greatly to customer satisfaction and retention. I hope you reconsider the non-refundable policy, taking into account the unexpected challenges that guests may face. Your understanding and flexibility in this matter would greatly improve the perception of your hotel among potential customers.

        Worst hotel I can imagine that includes rooms, front desk, housekeeping, cleanliness & customer service, which they don't believe in. Extra Charges which they explain or gave me any kind of documentation and explanation was printer not working. There printer only didn't work for extra what they have charged, rest they can print out everything. Extremely worst staff at front desk including manager. Gave me smoking room when request and booked non-smoking room and very first night I got allergy and got sick during all my visit to India. They changed my room next evening where the night desk clerk promised me to do it early morning when the hotel was vacant. They move me to different floor where the renovation of the rooms was going on, fully dusty floor bad rooms bathroom was leaking have bad stains in bath tub and mats. Hairs all over bed and floor. Dusty floor. There's too much to mention but I don't want to get stressed again remembering that. Again worst of worst staff & cleanness. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

        The best thing about my stay was the great behaviour by the staff. Room service was awesome, specially a staff called Mr. Kaushal Kumar. Hope to visit again soon!

        Looks like this property is on SELL and they only care about revenue to secure more fund and hardly care for customer service. 1. I booked the business suites and paid in advance for 3 days. Check in time is 2 PM and I reached few hour late due to flight delayed. I found receptionist saying, they marked my booking as No show without informing me and gave my room to somebody else and intentionally made double money. After having long argument, they alotted me room like store room which was full of dust 2. Housekeeping / receptionist , never answer your call 3. Room was like 500 rs OYO room, 4. Moreover receptionist has an audacity to say we don't have any room and I was like what about my booking ? Therefore please be careful before to book this property

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
