If you are traveling here from another country and have a guided tour package - make sure the guide company chooses a different location - especially if the package is supposed to be all inclusive. The hotel is not 5 star - even if guide company states this. The bathroom was not in great condition and the hot water for shower only lasted around 1 minute. The most frustrating part to the stay was that meals were supposed to be included but because we order our meal to the room after a long travel day instead of going up to the dining area we were charged for our meal. The view from balcony was amazing but was really the only positive as other in reviews have stated. The overall cost was not in line with the experience .

Price were really high as it was new year week , so can't say about price. However the room we got was in really bad condition. The whitewash was coming out from the walls , and everything in the room was really old. The room service boy just kept on ringing the doorbell again and again, like within 10 sec. Breakfast was ordinary, the space for breakfast was so small that almost every time people were waiting for their turn to come. The only thing good was view , when you come out of your room .

Fantastic location and very comfortable stay and rooms. The Ganga looks beautiful and the Ganga Arati they do is soulful. Very close to Ramjhoola and Laxman jhoola. Some activities for kids and a good spa and gymn. Very good stay indeed.

Overall experience was good. On google maps location of hotel is confusing, it shows 2 locatins with same name on each side of river. i had some expectations for rooms which was not full filled. Even in delux rooms no bath tub. While booking online i saw kids area but in actual there is no kids play area. The hotel is on bank of river still you cannot reach river water throug the hotel, lower side area is restricted. Still you can reach quiet close with a railing platform. Rest was very nice specially the staff very helpful, polite and plesent.

It's very well.located hotel. However, staff is tardy, slow and less trained. I was short changed on my room booking (paid for suite online but allotted two rooms instead) Dinner was very bad. Breakfast was good but service was not at all upto mark. As usual, waiters ready to forget 10 Indian customers rushing behind one foreign customer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
