It's a good hotel to take accommodation in. I had a better experience comparing it to another hotel I had taken the previous day. The room service was good and I was provided with items like towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, water as and when asked. But they were not at the start, in the room when we checked in, which is bad. The room has a central ac system which works great, and overall room looks great. The location is slightly difficult to find as it's the only hotel in that street and doesn't have that good sign, but Google maps works great and market is also nearby for you to go and explore/eat something. Seems restaurants are open late at night so, it was difficult finding something to eat outside for breakfast, so keep that in mind. Also hotel didn't have breakfast option.

I have booked this hotel on 25 Jan and checked in on 26 Jan at 2 a.m. 2024...the room service was very poor, no hot water coming on the tap, no tawel, no soap placed in the room ..every thing which is required was asked for. Only the room is good else the service is very much poor. Behaviour of the staff was also not good......they asked the money at the time of of checkin and promising that the stay will be good but once we entered the room the services was God damm poor...and unhygienic....... I would like to recommend that do not stay in this hotel with family or with wife......

Poor hospitality, washroom was not cleaned and there was no water supply. If you are planning to commute using your own car then I would suggest rethink again because there is no parking space and the lanes are way too congested. I would have given it 0 stars if there was an option.

One of the worst hotels that I have ever been in. The staff were rude, room was unclean, service was pathetic. Didn't have water in bathroom till 3 -4 hours after checking in. When we said we want to cancel our booking and leave the staff threatened us and made us stay back and wait. Couldn't even get a glass or plate for dinner. At 12 midnight some staff came knocking at the door and asked us for our names, said it was some sort of checking. It was scary. Please don't ever stay in this hotel.Its not safe

Please Don't stay at this hotel. Otherwise you will regret it like I did. Water is only available for 2 hours in the morning and morning. Forget about bathing & using toilet during daytime. Room Service is pathetic. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Tv is not recharged also.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
