A very good hotel and good staff. It's about 1km from GKVK bus stand and about 1.5km from The Phoenix Mall of Asia. The interior works need a special mention. Rooms are spacious. They provide tea bags, coffee and milk powder, kettle and 2 half a litre bottles. A refrigerator is also provided. The bathroom is neat and clean

We booked liwa hotel through website when we arrived at the property they asked us to check to next property liwa habitat which is okok but there are so many cockroach which is so unhygienic when complained at the reception they do not bother,if they do not want us to book through website then it should not be listed online, service is very bad totally unsatisfied looks lik they manupliate customers by putting up liwa hotel pictures online when we arrive at the hotel they say thy are overbooked and give the next hotel at the same price but totally not worth the stay and service. Food at the restaurant when we ordered pulka it was so hard and not cooked when we complained they did not even bother,they are just hyping the place not the worth the stay coz they do not have value for customers. Liwa habitat stay was so unpleasant with all the cockroach all around the place making it uncomfortable for stay and people at the front do not even bother after complaining. Person who is incharge kindly take some action and acknowledge.

Hello, we conducted a conference for 60 participants at LIWA Hotel for 3 days. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing with a black and white theme, and the food was exceptionally tasty. The entire venue, including rooms and corridors, was impeccably hygienic. The staff, especially Srivasmurthy and Aby, were highly communicative and responsive to everyone. Overall, it's a great place to stay when you visit Bangalore.

During my recent getaway, I had the pleasure of staying at Liwa Habitat. It was a delightful experience overall. The hotel's ambiance and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. While the amenities were basic, they served their purpose well. The location was convenient, but it didn't overshadow the enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a simple and pleasant accommodation, Liwa habitat is a great choice.

Hotel is placed in a residential area but near to main road. Mall of Asia is walkable place to hangout from Liwa. Parking space is available Friendly staff, dinning place is quite small around 40 people can accommodate at once Nice space for corporate events (4th floor) Hotel is full of black and white theme feels like we are in old era with old style furniture
