After seeing the online pictures and hearing about the hotel's reputation, I decided to book 3 rooms at the LMB hotel. However, it turned out to be a huge mistake. The rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, with disastrous bathrooms and old, dirty fixtures. The room furnishings and beddings were stained and worn out. The cleaning inside the room was not done properly, and the TV setup box was constantly being changed throughout the day, wasting our time. They charged an exorbitant 120rs for a single tea, which is equivalent to what The Taj provides, but the service was cheap and unsatisfactory. The plates, cups, saucers, and kettle in the room were all dirty, despite multiple requests to the room service. To make matters worse, the same person who cleaned the bathroom also changed the bedsheets without washing their hands. Clearly, the staff at this hotel is in dire need of proper training in hospitality, cleanliness, and hygiene. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time. They dont bother about what problems you are facing and complaining. They just say thats how it is. Their restaurant is also charging unreasonable high.

Bad experience...worst services ...highly expensive. We ordered different dishes as per managers suggestions but food quality is average. We are 9 persons and we ask while order to serve the dishes in sequence but waiters bring all items at one time and also not served to group and put everything on table. All captain and waiters not shown any intrest in serving they just take order put on the table and roming and chatting among themselves. Very poor management. we try everything they suggest but we are not satisfied with quality of food even raj kachori, rasmalai which are famous of there shop. service, food quality is very poor. also rates are very expensive and not worth to visit here for food.
