I booked this hotel for three of us and informed them that my friend would visit for a few minutes. The receptionist bluntly stated that no visitors were allowed and suggested cancelling the booking without any tact or consideration. Despite its good ratings, the lack of basic courtesy and respect from the management is a major disappointment. Thumbs down. And too much price

I occupied room 406, blessed with a picturesque view of Tirumala from the window. The bed sheets were spotless, the air conditioning functioned well, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with a consistent supply of hot water. The staff was responsive and brought requested items promptly. The only downside was the presence of cockroaches in the room, but overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

This was our third time stay here. The first 2 times the experience was really good but not this time. We had booked 2 rooms, 1 was good and the other room was really pathetic. The bed was not cleaned and sheets were not changed after the previous I suppose. The bed was full of hair, the chairs were stained, with dirty curtains. After letting the reception know they changed the bed sheets but did not make our experience much better after having seen the prior condition. We asked for another room but not available due to weekend rush. They have a limited parking that can accommodate only 7-8 cars. Beyond that they ask you to park it on the busy road which is not easy to park and take it at will. They will have to focus more on the cleanliness for repeat customers. Good thing is they have a decent vegetarian restaurant in the same building

Cosy rooms with basic amenities. They have a restaurant near the entrance too who serves South Indian food at reasonable price, approximately ₹300/2 person. At walking distance from the tirupati railway station. It hardly takes 5 minutes to reach the platform from the hotel via the connecting bridge. But the check-in timing is very odd which is 12 noon. If you came early and want to check-in, then you have to pay some extra money for it which will be around ₹200-300 minimum. This seems to be a part of business to make some extra money because everywhere the check-in timing is usually 9-9. A lot of cabs and taxis are available nearby. Restaurants are also available nearby. Safe place for family. Rooms don't have any views from the window.

Business class rooms best for pilgrims, in a prime location with a pretty neat maintenance. Railway station at a walkable distance makes it very easy for the travellers. Their consistency needs a special mention, have stayed there before a year and now, and still the rooms are fresh; except for the hospitality of the receptionist.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
