I had a wonderful experience at Loft 24. The place is so quite and soothing for a holiday experience. Clean rooms, clean washrooms, helpful staff, food is also very good and very reasonable. Budget for staying in this hotel is second to none. If you are planning for a holiday in Jaipur, just go for it.

This is my second time stay at Loft 24 and I just love the place and everything about it. Clean rooms and toilets, very attentive and caring staff. Have stayed in many five star hotels and this one is nothing short of it. We chose this because of our pet and we don’t regret it at all. Decided that whenever we are in Jaipur we will stay here only. Mr Om, the manager has such a happy disposition, will attend to every request with a smiling face. Go for it for your stay in Jaipur. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

am from the UK and came to India on a vacation which consisted of a night in Jaipur. I chose to stay over at Loft 24 just for the night with some family members and I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality, cleanliness, food, service and ambience. We booked three separate rooms and each of them were amazing in terms of space, deco and value for money. Staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The food we ordered from the hotel’s kitchen on three occasions was absolutely delicious too. I would definitely be staying at Loft 24 again, one night was not enough! It’s a very nice and cosy hotel in a lovely quiet area which we loved. Great service Loft 24, keep it up! :)

One of the best hotel for stay in Jaipur. We were there for 1 day booking. Room are spacious and relaxing. Room service is good and staff is very polite, professional and well dressed. Morning bkfst buffet is good.

I Stayed in loft 24 this week.went from Noida to Jaipur with family for 3 days holiday trip. Pros- Breakfast, service and cleanliness is awesome and children friendly with good location. Cons or suggestions - Room is missing Almirah

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
