It sounds like having positive experience at the hotel with spacious rooms, cooperative staff, and ample parking. The breakfast buffet seems to be a highlight, but it's unfortunate that the pastries were lacking in taste. Overall, it sounds like a nice place to stay..

They pretend they are a hotel but they fail badly. The room we booked for three would have been a reasonable room for two. However, they only provided two of everything, towels, cups, etc. The promised extra mattress was not in the room either. Reception said the items would be supplied on request. I requested them at least 6 times at 3:45 pm when we checked in. At 8:45 pm nothing had been done. So dog tired after a long day we had to wait as one by one they slowly dragged things into our room. In the middle of the night I had to go to reception to get the new password for the wifi. It was very weak at the best of times, but just to add insult to injury, some moron decided it would be a good idea to change password. And of course the phone on the room did not work. I would not stay here again if you paid me. The staff are useless idiots.

Recently we visited Lords inn jodhpur with my friends. The property was very good and well maintained. The room was specious and clean.The food was very good and the elaborate breakfast was nice. The service staff was very friendly and kind. We enjoyed a lot there. Special thanks to Mr. Jitu dash the manager of housekeeping.I felt he is very good hearted and genuine person who made our stay comfortable and hygienic. Thanks to Mr .Jitu and team❤️

For the price point of the room, the service could have been better. Waited for towels and an extra bed set up for quite a long time. But the room was clean and well maintained. On festival days, their rooftop restaurant is an ideal place to see a beautiful view of Mehangargh fort and umaid bhavan palace. They also accommodated our early check in request at no additional cost. Breakfast options were ample and food was average. Really do not recommend south indian varieties here. As for lunch/dinner in-house, the food tastes good

Excellent value for money in all aspects, The complimentary breakfast spread was decent and had waiters attending to us promptly. The front office staff were courteous staff too. The hotel has plenty of parking space and the access to all tourist attractions are quite convenient from the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
