A bit out of town or you can say away from city centre on the highway to Ahmadabad. Rooms nice but limited availability of non veg food. They have more of veg food. All rooms no smoking so smokers have a tough time which is either go to the terrace or go out on the road and smoke. They have parking but it’s on the road in front not enclosed.

A reliable pitstop on the way to Ahmedabad, I often choose this property for my official trips. Conveniently located, it serves as a good overnight stay option for travelers on the go. As part of the Lords hotel chain, the rooms maintain a consistent standard. They're suitable for a comfortable stay. In summary, a good property for a night's rest during official travels, living up to the expectations set by the Lords hotel chain."

Mixed Experience, Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel located on the outskirts of the city. While the hotel had a unique and pleasant ambiance inside, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. Positives: - The hotel's interior design provided a refreshing and distinctive atmosphere. - The rooms were spacious and comfortable, contributing to a great overall stay. However, there were some downsides: - Despite being located adjacent to the highway, there wasn't any special view of the surrounding area. - Unfortunately, the room service was a letdown. I faced a series of questions about needing a glass and water at midnight, which seemed unnecessary and disruptive. - Furthermore, the water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent, with it even running out at times. The most disappointing aspect was the hospitality. I expected more attentive and courteous service, which sadly was lacking during my stay. In conclusion, while the hotel had its positives, the overall experience was marred by the room service and hospitality issues. With some improvements in these areas, this hotel could truly shine. It is a beautiful hotel with newly renovated rooms and ambience is also very good. The only issue is in their service. Their service is not prompt, you have to remind them again & again for a small work. Food is not up to the mark. Better you do lunch and dinner outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
