Well maintained property. Room service was quick and whatever you ask for is attended to in 5 -1 10 mins. Food was average. Room had all required amenities including 24 hours hot water facility. Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms had a tub and a rain shower and tap but strangely no hand shower or bucket making you wonder how you are gonna bath if you don't want to use the rain shower. Luckily they provide a bucket on asking though for old people, getting into a tub every time they need to take a bath, is a risky [even with the bucket, you need to get into the tub to bathe]. Location is very good if you need a place close to the airport (early morning drive to airport in dense fog took us 20 minutes).Overall, a decent hotel that is no frills and serves its purpose, though I would advise to just provide a bathing area like hotels usually do and make bath tubs optional.

Great rooms, prime location in main road, clean and tidy bathrooms with clean water & towels. Ample car parking . They follow strict check in / check out timings schedules. Food is costly. cost me around Rs. 3700 for a lunch for 2 adult + 1 kid. taste was OK. could be better. Restaurant environment and cleanliness were awesome.

We had great experience . It was a one day stay and we did enjoy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Well maintained and good hotel to stay. We were assisted by Supervisor Harpreet Singh.

Pros: large rooms, mostly well kept, helpful staff Cons: Sheets and towels are threadbare and should have been replaced long ago. They advertise extra bed for 1600+ per night on Agoda but you get only a mattress to sleep on. This is misleading advertisement from the hotel and Agoda.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
