The hotel exceeded expectations with its comfortable stay and delectable food. The room was immaculate, offering a cozy retreat. The culinary experience was exceptional, boasting a diverse menu with well-executed dishes. Friendly staff and seamless service added to the overall positive impression. Whoever is reading this review, please do not stay in this place unless you are okay with experiencing the following: 1. The website is swanky, and I expected the place to be at least half as good. But it was pathetic. The building is entirely run down. 2. Charged me INR 800 more than what their website quoted. 3. The lift was dirty and dingy 4. The apartment had all the amenities, but you will think ten times before touching anything. For example, the refrigerator is the oldest and the dirtiest I have seen in any hotel. 5. The living room AC malfunctions and is plastered with cellophane tape. Water kept dripping out of it. The bedroom AC was throwing warm air no matter what setting you opted for. 6. I felt the bedsheets and pillow covers are at least ten years old. 7. The AC mechanic/house keeping guy when summoned looked at the AC and said that is the best it can work. I was suggested I try a different room. Almost to say, try your luck in another room. But nobody bothered to help me change my room. 8. Finally at checkout when I raised my concern, they only nodded their heads. It seemed they hear these complaints almost always and there is nothing they can do. Their demeanor during check out was too indifferent compared to check in. This simply meant, they were willing partners in cheating the customers.

This isn't a 4-star by a long stretch. Was here for an overnight stay as it was close to the airport. Torn bedsheets, unchanged bedsheets (sheet was wrinkled under the blanket), and very old blankets. I didn't have time to complain or ask for a change as I was there for only 4hrs and had a flight to catch in the early hours. I used towels to sleep on and cover. These ( clean bedding) are very important for guests but small things that can easily be fixed. I should have taken photos (intended to, but had flight issues to contend with).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
