The resort is located right at Dapoli Beach and has direct access to the beach. Hotel ambiance is good and lot of greenery is there. However, it is not very well maintained. Food is ok.

All staff were polite and efficient. Outdoor activities at the resort are fun to do with family and friends. Food at the restaurant was very delicious. Few changes I would suggest are to add wardrobe space in rooms and hairdryer and should change door locks to latch locks as it is easier to use and could be opened by masterkey in case of emergencies. Location is best to enjoy sunsets at the beach.

Amazing experience while staying here. Roos are good.. We took sea facing room for 3 nights. Food is good but limited options in break fast. Clean facility.. Green atmosphere.. Sea beach.. Immediately located at the backside of hotel.. U can do many activities inside the restaurant it self apart from sea beach activities. Most imp.. Its located on Murud beach which I think one of the ideal location than ladghar or any other beach in Dapoli.. Must visit place.. Book in advance for sea facing room

Amazing resort. Reducing 1 star as we were not given the top floor rooms even when they were free. Pros: - Resort is right on the beach. So the walk to the beach is just minutes away. - Restaurant staff is too good. They follow proper hospitality guidelines. All food items were properly prepared and were tasty too. - Breakfast buffet menu is good. - There are plenty of activities for kids in the resort. So if you have small kids, they will enjoy it too. - Rooms are clean and well maintained. - Parking space as well is good. - This resort is located away from other resorts. So the beach connected to it will give you a private beach like feeling. - Bonfire at night was a cool thing in this winter season. Advice to management: Please give desired rooms to guests if they are free. I understand that its a selling point when you have walk-in customers, but please think about those who have done online bookings as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
