I don't often leave reviews but when a place treats their customers this badly I feel I must. Between the cockroaches (not just a couple, we saw a minimum of 30 over the course of two days) and the rudeness of the staff I would not recommend to anyone. They tried to charge me 100 rupees per piece of clothing after not giving me a price when they took my laundry. Then later got angry when I didn't want to pay that much. After that we lost a key, and while I understand it's no easy task to replace it the staff tried to charge me 1600 rupees to fix it for them. That is almost the price of the room itself. A key does not cost that much. Happily moved hotels to one down the road and have had a great stay so far.

This hotel is in Apt location. Nearer to Rock beach and accessible to all locations. No parking facility. Rooms are good . But the maintenance is very...very...very poor. If you see the pillow inside the cover, beds, definitely you will get vomiting. The price .tariif ..no standards.kept..and very high compared to the service they offered and next hotel I request the business owner to keep a eye on maintenance and rates to make a best place. No food service and difficult to get even a Tea to room service.

This hotel is an absolute scam. We stayed in this hotel since we did not get a place during peak time, and they charged us a bomb(9499) for an average room. The lady at the reception was very rude and stubborn. Later once we checked out after 2 days a girl names *JANCY* calls us and asks if we have taken some red coffee mugs ( which was not even in the room) with us. Highly unprofessional and thievery is what this hotel is making money out of worst service. Highly unrecommended place. It would be better to stay in the car or some lodge rather than this hotel.

The only positive aspect about this hotel is it's close proximity to the beach. That's it. The rooms are full of roaches and bugs. I paid 18500 for 2 nights for a sea facing room. When I checked in, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and even on kid's bed. Imagine paying that kind of amount only to find bugs in your room. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. It's absolutely worthless.

Hi I have visited yesterday, I have paid per day Rs.2000/ through online booking,there is no service provided by hotel people,even they were not bothering and caring the customers who paid huge amount for one night stay, 1. No warm welcome from hotel people. 2. Although check in time 1.30 & they want us to wait another 1hr extra. 3.very rude behaviour. 4.no cleanness inside the room. 5.so many cockroach 🪳 inside the room,who were checked in before the customer with free of cost. 6.Bay view means everyone can understand there is 0 view inside the room. Now u must think before u visit this Hotel. Thank you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
