I had an excellent stay at Hotel Luminara. The comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and delicious food exceeded my expectations. Convenient access to both the metro and railway station made my travels seamless. A truly five-star experience!

The stay was very pleasant, the staff especially is excellent, very welcoming and quick in resolving issues ! The location is also very favourable and the staff co-operates really well with the transportation recommendations as well! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting kochi, a perfect budget hotel! Despite certain minuses such as AC being a little noisy and above average food, one will leave with a smile on the face for sure coz of the cleanliness hygiene and the staffs marvelous behaviour!

The Luminara Hotel is located on Paramara Road, Ernakulam North, Kochi-18, Kerala State, India, next to the Specialist Hospital. This is a 4-star property, a unit of Elite Tourist Home, the renowned brand. I have had the great experience of staying at Elite, Guruvayur multiple times. Luminara has all the amenities you could expect. The first and foremost accolade they truly deserve is their impeccable service, which they provide to their guests. It's beyond my words, and it's just Customer Service at its best! They treat their guests with the utmost respect and something which you could only dream, these days. Luminara is really a true specimen and inspiration to too many hotels! You could learn a thing or two, no doubt. Please accept my sincere apologies for not writing a review much earlier. I would make this review brief. At this time, I would take the opportunity to recognize their fabulous and dedicated always welcoming and dedicated staff which would really make even your brief stay memorable. I truly loved it! I made it a point to write down the names. Ms. Anjana S., Front Office Supervisor, Mr. Vijesh Kumar, Front Office Assistant, Mr. Sufiyan, the very humble and efficient host at the Miam restaurant where I had my breakfast buffet, were really amazing. I still remember their exquisite Arabic drink, apart from their juices. You would be surprised to know that even the housekeeping staff or the cleaning crew often seen outside my room and in the corridors always had a loving smile. Moreover, they seemed very genuine. It was really amazing! Thank you to the wonderful staff and Luminara. I would definitely recommend Luminara to my friends and relatives, no doubt.❤️

One of the best hotel in Kochi. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The sevice was exceptional as well. Will recommend to my friends and family👍

Best place to stay in Ernakulam. The room is neat and clean. Large and comfortable beds. We could rarely find a room for four people in any cities, but this is an exception. Nice service by the staff. Rooftop Pool isn't that good. Food was another attraction even though its bit overpriced

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
